Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on 17 October 1992) was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She is a regular in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. The year she was born, she received the National Film Award Best Actress Award for her role as the character Savitri. She also won an award from the Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her first acting experience began in the mid 2000s. Her debut lead performance in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy's first film outside Malayalam was Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. It was not a success in the theater. In the year 2015, she debuted A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite each other. The films didn't do very well at the theaters. The busy schedule she had throughout the year meant that she had to opt out of films that she was developing, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to accommodate bigger projects. In two of her films, she acted in rapid succession together with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also one of the main actors on Prabhu's Thodari. The film's release was delayed in 2015 and now is expected to occur after September in 2020. The film will be released under an entirely different name Janakitho Nauu. The debut film was Nenu Sailaja in the year 2016 starring actress Ram Pothineni. In January of 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa, opposite actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan. In 2017, she was in Tamil films like Paambhu Sattai as well as Telugu movies Nenu Local.
