Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived in a musical family on 9 August 1993, in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is the daughter and cousin of the singer Dionne. She began singing in the choir at her church The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark as a young child and by the age of fifteen, she was singing back vocals professionally with their mother in Chaka Khans 1978 hit Im Every Woman. Dana Bash is also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz and she works for CNN as both anchorwoman, reporter as well as a political correspondent.
